The hotel was very far from the main city center of Haridwar, which caused extra toll expenses for travel to and from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service provided was very friendly and helpful. The dining experience was not up to the standards expected from a four-star hotel. The location may not be ideal due to the distance from the city, but it is near Crystal World Waterpark. I found the facilities satisfactory.
